Had I known you were struggling, I would have asked what can I do.
You don't say what's bothering you...
You just keep silent and let things just brew
I'm so sorry I didn't pay more attention to you...
Perhaps if I had, I would have been more discerning,
and realized you needed a friend to help see you through.
Sometimes I get so caught up in what's happening to me...
I don't see others struggling and not knowing what to do.
Well some changes have to come about in me, so I can see you...
and not just focus on me, so I can reach out and help see you through.
That's what God would have me do. It's not just about me... it's also about you!
Forgive me for missing the big picture...the one that featured you.
