Because of the sin and disobedience of Adam, the first human being, we were all cursed and on our way to a devils Hell. But God, in his infinite love and mercy sent his son Jesus, who had no sin, to take all of our sins on himself, to be beaten, spit on, nailed to a cross, where He died paying for all our sins. He was buried in a grave, however, the grave could not hold him. He arose on the Third day and now sits at the right hand of God, his Father as our mediator between Satan and God.
When we acknowledge what Jesus did for us and accept him as our personal savior, our sins are forgiven and we are saved from going to Hell...YES, THERE IS A HELL! It was originally made for Satan and his demons, but because people are rejecting Jesus as God's son and our Savior, Hell has enlarged itself for the followers of Satan.
